Our products is custom designed just for you in your font and in your own text. After we make it for you and ship it. If you don’t take the product for same personal or financial reason. The product will be returned to us and we will have no use of the product because it is customized just for you and no one will take it again. This is one of the main reasons why we do not accept COD on orders.
- WORRIED ABOUT PAYING ONLINE?
We know that you are not comfortable paying the money upfront, because what you are Paying is not small amount and we are here to let you know that we care as much as you care for your money. Having said that here is why we do not accept cash on delivery on orders.
Cash & Carry
Items purchased at full price within 5 days of being moved to the Choose What You Pay collection are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, and cannot be applied retroactively. Your store credit never expires, and will automatically deduct from your next purchase at checkout.
